The Marcold team provides a professional, competent and friendly service. Our dedicated team provides customers with the level of support they require and is co-ordinated by a central call centre, operating 24 hours /day, 365 days/year, which allows the team to respond promptly to service calls. All calls are logged on our service management system enabling us to monitor the status of service calls and provide real time progress reports.
The Marcold vehicles are equipped with specialist refrigeration tools, test equipment, spare parts and refrigerant recovery systems to ensure timely fault diagnosis and a high proportion of first time fixes. Marcold service technicians are qualified to City and Guilds standard and have completed the City and Guilds 2078 Refrigerant handling course. Marcold is also registered with the UK Government Environment Agency for Refrigerant Recovery for Disposal.
Marcold aim to meet the needs of our loyal and expanding customer base by maintaining our promised Service Level Agreements with a service technician responding to all calls onsite within 2 hours, 24 hours/day, 365 days/year.
Our Service Level Agreements are created in consultation with each Customer to best suit the specific business priorities. A register of assets covered by each Service Level Agreement is maintained on our service management system. Performance monitoring data is measured to provide essential preventative maintenance information.
